Process.

At Londinium Property Development, we scrupulously assess projects with “value” in mind: value for our buyers and value for our investors. During this preparatory phase, we follow a four-step analysis that allows us to reliably explore the desirability, feasibility, and viability of a scheme.

Step 2

Viability

We analyse if a given scheme can be beneficial for buyers and investors.

Step 3

Approach.

At Londinium Property Development, we meticulously follow the RIBA Plan of Work, which organises the process of briefing, designing, delivering, maintaining, operating and using a building into eight stages: strategic definition, preparation and briefing, concept design, spatial coordination, technical design, manufacturing and construction, handover, and use.
Our Principal Architect articulates the desired vision for the project, prepares concept and detail design documents, and assures that the final experience matches the highest standards. Our Structural Engineer analyses and identifies the required structural components to materialise the develop the architectural vision safely and reliably.
Our Project Manager controls the project programme and provides regular updates to our team and investors, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and on budget. Our Construction Manager supervises the achievement of the daily objectives and ensures that the site is tidy and compliant with health and safety regulations. Our Quantity Surveyor ensures that architectural work meets legal and quality standards, assesses and mitigates potential risks, and guarantees that finances are accurately reported and controlled effectively.
